Items shown on the internet should be available within the timescale suggested. However, it is possible that, on occasion the item shown is out of stock. This maybe because someone else has just bought it or through time lags involved in updating the site. 

We aim to dispatch your item within the suggested timescale and should, for any reason, this not be possible we will endeavour to contact you using the email address provided with your order. 

Most items are available to us at short notice with the exception of some clothing ranges and high altitude mountain clothing. If you are in desperate need of a certain item then please contact us to ensure availability within your timeframe.

If an item is not going to be dispatched to you within 28 days of your order we will contact you and take your advice on the best course of action.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK (or in remote parts of the UK) then the delivery may take slightly longer. The dispatch time should not alter.
