Returns Policy

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it to us providing it is unused and still in its original packaging. We will accept returns up to 30* days from the date of delivery. If the you're returning an item due to a fault then we will refund the return postage charges. Should you require a change of size or colour then we will send this to you upon receipt of the original item.

We advise that you return items by recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival. Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks (28 days) of receipt by Peglers. This time allows for processing the refund through the Worldpay system and into your bank.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will not refund return postage on any footwear which is purchased on-line. In the case of walking and mountaineering boots we offer a specialist fitting service in store and do not recommend the purchase of these items online.
