| Due to the 4 C batteries, the Myobelt 5 offers longer battery life than any other headlamp in the Myo line. The remote battery pack slips under the clothes and protects the batteries against the cold. This system also reduces the weight carried on your head.
The Myobelt balances long burn time with a lightweight headlamp for those who need to alternate between long range and proximity lighting during extended forays into the dark.
Ideal for adventure racers, moutaineers and competitors in endurance events, who need variable brightness levels, as well as maximum battery life. The three lighting levels (LED) are regulated by an electronic system: an optimum level, ideal for walking or general use, a maximum level, ideal for climbing or moving quickly on technical ground, an economy level, ideal for reading maps, setting up a tent.
When the batteries are almost completely discharged, the system switches to reserve power mode (proximity lighting). |
